The Importance of Multitasking

You need to be able to multitask or have multiple projects going on at one time. You can't have had a background where ever that you started a project, you drove it all the way,. beginning, middle, and end implemented it, and then went on to the next project because those aren't skills that are really all that required. And I think if you haven't worked with small companies and big companies, you're going to be, you's going to have a problem too.
