The Moral Life Is a Matter of Growth

The moral life is not something to be paralyzed with or anxious about in this, what should we say, overwrought way that you can see so much in modern culture. No child life is a development going along with small steps that lead to a beautiful hopefully end product and obviously sanctification and salvation. So it's not for us to optimize or to maximize it's for us to respond to the grace that God gives in a way that's consistent with the vocation that he is currently bestowing upon us.
