Teaching Critical Race Theory in Public Schools
In may of 20 21, idaho became the first state to specifically man what it called the teaching of critical race theory in public education. Texas has passed a law that says ta teacher cannot require an understanding of the 16 19 project. A proposed bill in kentucky would ban the teaching of what the bill calls revisionist history. And then there's oklahoma. The state passed a law last july that restricted the public school teaching of eight concepts. Those eight concepts are all exactly word for word identical to eight of the nine devisive concepts from trump's executive order.
