Putin is quite primal in how he regards loyalities and so long as Pragosian survives let alone thrives then actually the weaker Putin looks. It may well be that there will be a certain kind of period of grace not least because he doesn't want to alienate Lukashenko but nonetheless I do not feel that anyone really should be giving much in terms of life insurance cover to give Guinea Plagosian we'll have to wait and seebut Lukashenko definitely comes out a winner.
