Yes, that's probably not going to be a great move. I learnd this the other day, that there's only one sentence in the bible about how you should choose partner. And it says that you should choose some one that you could go to war with. That works. But would you purposely choose a particularly vulnerable team mate because you're always going to be the person that's out in front? Probably not.
