There's much more flexibility, i think, in the private sector. When google was a younger company, when we were more agile, we do things even more quickly than we do now. I think there is still an element of er, that sort of start up ethos within gogle. I think everyone wants to keep that. The ideasof having different project teams a almost competing with each other to try and solve a common problem,. It is still there, to a lesser extent than once was. But i think, you know, it it's just natural result of an organization growing in size.
