If you were the c o of a large company, what are the first policies you wouldeither kill or create? That would change the way that work life is experienced in your organization. I think people enjoy themselves much more when they know everyone that they're working with. When there is that extra element, when there is that social bond, in addition to kind of formal things keeping people together, that's just much more powerful. I would take a people's physical health far more seriously. And i do think that i would try and keep the sections of the company small and independent, under one 50, if possible.
