We've organized, codified these principles of human progress into our management framework. And it enables us to create these virtuous cycles of mutual benefit. With each business, we first look at and with each individual what capabilities do we have that we can create value for our constituencies? We find that when we get all five of those working in harmony in a mutually reinforcing way, it's tremendously powerful. I'd love to hear an example. Our biggest acquisition, which was George Pacific. I've heard of them. But they're still going strong today.
