Fawning is an autopilot reflex that's so deeply woven in to avoid your truth if you're a fauner. We have to physically work with our actual bodies and notice when I speak my truth, what do I feel? Is that comfortable? Is it scary? Now the remedy for falling is practicing feeling safe in your truth. So this week we want to find an event where we were fawned or something traumatic right now,. And take just a simple breath and see yourself approaching this person before you fawn them. You see the person of that person and notice their frame of mind.
