The Health Star Ratings Bombshell

The health star rating is meant to indicate which food might be healthy if you'd purchase or each foods you might want to avoid. This morning, Will Horner was picking up a kilo of Cole's branded Greek style natural yogurt when his friend Jess discovered something outrageous. The lid on the package displays a health star rating of 2.5 stars. Upon further inspection, she discovered the actual bucket shaped packaging of the yogurt, presented a healthstar rating of 3 stars on the lid. See image below. We're always getting told in the future from the health stars that, oh, don't worry, there'll be an answer for all of this. So far and nothing.
