God's Promised Trouble in This Life
Jesus promised us trouble in this life. There will be trouble from the world who hates us but there will also be trouble from God. If you steer away from his path, then expect trouble from him. That's his loving way of getting you back into his way and his line. And because he loves you now, he will do it now, much better than to store it all up for later - which is what the world is doing. So by and large, that means that God's people are going to have a rougher time than other people in this world. But in the next world, totally different. Now I've really jumped right ahead.
