What Is the Declaration of Independence?
There's an evolution here. When you figure that what the Boston Tea Party was, 1774, when a number of people in America were feeling like they were British subjects. So all of these things so coalesce, you know, between 73 up to 76. And so they reach the conclusion that well, the only option we have is secession.
