The Rise of Mutiny in the Army and Navy
More than 200 mutinies of various shapes and sizes were noted, though most took the form of passive disobedience to deplorable conditions or treatment by officers. Vitta's government announced in early december a series of improvements that addressed the most common demands. But now we need to pivot, because not everybody wanted to keep pushing to test the limits of freedom, or even at a minimum be satisfied with the gains that had been made. Plenty of russians hated the october manifesto, and they wanted things to go back to the way that they were before.
