The Fed Reserve Is the Sun That's Revolving Around the Banks
The Fed reserve number that you see on like a Fred chart, that actually includes vault cash. So any cash in circulation isn't really impacting the bank's reserve requirements. The banking system is at the center of the monetary universe. When we're saying the federal government is debasing the currency plot, that implies that they're increasing M2 to a degree to which we are seeing consumer price inflation.
