How to Do Parallel Grip Pull-Ups

Roxanne Jones has been doing a lot of different variations on her pull-up bar. She will do one arm assisted pull-ups or she'll use one arm and then grip my forearm with the other arm. The progression there is just if you get like really good at gripping your wrist and doing a bunch of pull-ups then just grip your forearm and start moving down because your forearm gets bigger and bigger. Eventually you should be able to do a one arm pull-up.
