The knowledge graph is the biggest differentiator between portals of the 2000s and what we're talking about today, right? Absolutely. A KM portal could be a chatbot. It could just be a fun little widget interface where you get to talk to it. We've built all of those different kinds. So the flexibility, and by the way, it doesn't need to be one of those with the kind of architecture that we're discussing here.
