The Physiological Limits of Heat

There is a physiological limit to for humans. You put more stress on the body and you put more stress in particular on the cardiovascular system. It can cause significant illness and sometimes even death through heat stroke. Some groups are much more at risk than others. The elderly populations and very young, why is it more of a risk for older people? They often have other underlying health conditions. And so you can't put so much strain on that person's heart, for instance.
