The Differences Between a Big Company and a Small Company
i think there are some different skills that you need in small companies. In a big company people can learn a bad habit and that's freezing in the face of poor data. When you're a tiny company everyday counts and so it's better to take a step forward and then course correct than it is to stand still and not move forward. i have people ask me all the time which is better and i don't think there's a better I think it is really what gives an individual their most enjoyment and passion.
