Nick Clegg says he is happy to be 'at the back of the queue' on TTIP. The EU accounts have been signed off for donkey's years, he claims. He also insists there are errors and frauds in public budgets all over Europe. Mr Clegg: I think stones and glass houses sometimes springs to mind. We don't then say in response to it that we're going to pull the whole thing down.
