Is the SEC Imposing a $1.2 Million Fine on Kim Kardashian?
Kardashian received a $1.2 million fine from the SEC for tweeting that she was being paid to do so. She did disclose on Twitter that the tweet was in fact an ad. But as far as Kim Kardashian is concerned, who is a billionaire, this amounts to a parking ticket. What really bothers me is that what Kim Kardashian did with this tweet is nothing compared to what the bigger crypto pumpers like a Michael Saylor do every single day.
