HSBC's Ethical Principles

HSBC is like the first big bank to publish its sort of ethical guidelines. We've had the end of the guidelines a few years back and we've been very focused on not just the other ones. Not just leaving it as some sort of policy that sits out at the top of the firm but really embedding those guidelines into our business as usual operations. The most common things which are featured across them is transparency and fairness, similar phrases like that.
