The Patterns of Community Violence in India

Former DGP V&Rai visited almost 1516 places of major riots in India after independence. He found a very disturbing pattern that in most of the riots the number of Muslims killed were more than two thirds. More Muslims were arrested even when police fired the fire of the Muslim mob not on the other violence, he said.
