How to Write a Book Fast

I just kind of need to get the ball rolling when the world is quiet because I have a very hard time concentrating when emails start coming in and there's people in my house and social media is digging. So yeah, I 3000 words a day, five days a week. And I don't, I find that I have, I find it really difficult to take breaks between books. I'm just kind of always wanting to, you know, go to the next story.
