The Importance of Understanding the Barriers Between Learning and Performance
I think too often traditionally there's that urge to just take people away from their environment, like I say, that matrix style knowledge or skills dump and put them back. No wonder people in that circumstance might have that natural assumption that this is very remedial activity. And so we're starting to see where can we perhaps do some skills work outside of that environment? Where could we perhaps support in that environment in a way that doesn't detract from kind of productivity overall?
