When you look at hunter gatherers like the hanza in Tanzania, they're eating 250 different plant species on a rotating basis. And even kind of my best organic eaters, they may actually only eat 20 different organic foods. So getting our awareness there to knowing that this is important and knowing all the downstream effects that we can get from this is going to improve our body composition.
