Why Is the Se So Rough Today?
Popper rites: Dissatisfaction is among the first fruits of the critical or rational approach. The feeling that this kind of almost circular, or addhok, explanation is highly unsatisfactory are, i believe, among the main motive forces of the development of science. He's getting to the ide there that science is a problem solving exercise. And when you have this feeling of dissatisfaction, something's not quite right, it's there that you can make progress.
