Joe Biden's 50 Plus One Scenario Is a Possibility

Donald Trump's ceiling and floor is basically the same thing. It's enough to dominate a Republican primary, especially in a bifurcated field. He didn't have to open that door in 2016 against Hillary Clinton. And so you could actually envision a scenario in which third party candidates eat up enough of the vote where Donald Trump finds his way back in the Oval Office winning that 46 and a half percent.
