What I Hate Most About Truffle Oil
Trader Joe's truffle oil is pure, pure chemical synthetic truffle fart smell. I can empathize when a lot of people are into things like truffle, truffle oil, truffle things because you think you're tasting something exotic. Having to work with it can smell really fake and toxic. It smells again, like microwave popcorn that smell just lingers and I don't like it. What I hate most about truffleOil is the marketing lie of it that it's somehow pressed from truffles and it's made with truffles or soaked in truffles.
