How Do You Develop High Status Humor?

So i have a question, how do you sort of figure out what your humor is? So many guys that i've work with who are so stuck in their head and so afraid to speak right. But like, where do you start when developing humor? So i think the intention, first and foremost is really freeing. And then what i like to create, the type of humor that i teach is called high status humor. High status people have massive social opportunities. Those social opportunities often equal better dating mating opportunities. They equal more money, more experiences. We're all status seeking beings. Everyone is.
