The land of india is not horsy land. The great horses come from egypt, ireland and Kentucky. It's too hot. The monsoon is too wet. Their hoofs break. You can't let them out to graze. In the monsoon there's no grass for most of the year. So that meant that horses were always foreign to india. They were always magical. Only rich people could have them. And when you import them, they don't do that. That's actually the history tht i learnd.
