California State Charges Against David DePapp

San Francisco District Attorney speaking tonight about California state charges filed against the man who police say tried to murder Nancy Pelosi's husband. DA: "There's probable cause to believe that David DePapp violated federal law by assaulting an immediate family member of a U.S. official" Paul Pelosi is still in the ICU after the attacks surrounded by family members. He reportedly has extensive injuries to multiple body parts including a fractured skull. Donald Trump Jr responded to the attack by saying he was working on his Paul Pelosi Halloween costume.
