You don't really want to be taking massive whippers to deal with your for for your falling. Blacking out during a fall probably means you were in too high a distressful situation. Trying to take the biggest fall possible to get it over with is one of the, that's the biggest trap i see. You're not necessarily going to get more out of a session by trying to do, like, 30 raps on a bench press rather than five really quality ones.
