The Differences Between Property Management and Co-Hosting
Co-hosting is much more loosely defined than property management. Airbnb isn't verifying who's listed as a co-host. You can set the percentages to whatever we want it to be. I know people who will literally just take 5% earnings. All they do is respond to guest messages at nighttime when the owner doesn't want to be bothered.
