N l p was developed in the seventies by a couple of psychology grad students. They wanted to know what were the most effective therapy tools, like y were the best therapists so effective? So they asked hem, and, you know, they all had their answers, but they couldn't really know why they were so effective. And that is where they kind of came up with thi set of tools,. both in language patterns and how to talk to somebody - these kinds of thing. It can help us dip into our subconscious quickly and make changes which could then become permanent changes in our behaviour and perception of the world.
