The Downturn in the Airbnb Market

The number of homes for sale in this country has never been lower. The real problem right now that's constraining inventory is that we haven't gotten to the point yet where the discretionary buyers during the pandemic feel forced to sell. Those Airbnb owners who purchased those big Wall Street investors who purchased homes, some of them are just now starting to feel the pain and higher vacancy rates. I think they're going to be the ones that actually increase inventory over the next couple of years.
