A lot of people under research discipline, and i'm not sure why exactly it is, abson guesses, but there seems to be an aversion to talking about money. One of the big things that i've been trying to push back on is this idea that researches represent the users. If you tell yourself over and over again, you're not going to be open minded to understanding what are the real levers that make the enterprise run. And so we have a bit of a reset and an acknowledgment of what our jobs are in the research space.
