Is There Anything Getting It Done in California?

If you ask democrats, hay, why can't get anything done, the answer will be, republicans. There's no way of blame but the party, yes. And that was my problem with what's going oin chicago with the universal basic income pilot. I there's no republican stopping this. Just democratic bureaucracies doing nothing with that money in the middle of a pendemic. Infuriating. What we need is effective, efficient government actually deliveri and you need better political parties to do it.
