Would They Solve a Crisis in a Way That's Beneficial to Shareholders?
If you've invested in an over leverage property, company which is relyant on an assid bubble, you should lose your money as an investor. I mean, that's the way we look at it in the west. It is a kind of darwinian approach to misapplication of capital. And i think what they're probably going to do is make companies stay on the hook for the losses and favor the people who've actually bought the houses. That's pretty clear in terms of their policy and in terms of the outcome so far. But even allowing for those effects, foreign investors have been off loading chinese debt and equities at record rates. And this is a buying opportunity
