Twitter is creating an economically stratified system where people who can afford to have their voices heard will have their voices seen. People who cannot afford to havetheir voices heard will be quieter because as someone with a blue tick you have access to tools and resources that make your voice less important on Twitter. And this is I think very problematic. You can't have a town hall where only the rich people in the middle class get to have their Voices heard and all of the poor people have to sit in the back and listen. That is not a way to create an equitable conversation.
