The idea of having the rules of the game redefined is a powerful one. What would you recommend as one of the first steps that they can take to espouse this idea of safety within your IMO? One of the things I do when we're onboarding new colleagues is we give everyone a copy of a book called The Culture Map, by Aaron Meyer. That helps set the scene of the differences in how cultures work.
