I call a performance model of our building. So like how well it gets heated. H, as you said, the daylight. There's all these things about a building that sometimes you in the current world, you have no idea until you build it. And at least in my experience, until you built it, sit there and say, oh, it's too bright, or, oh,It's too hot, exactly. Then then it's very costly to change it. But so far we've been able to predictability in terms of performance. Youow, of course, we want performance like it's on butchet and and and gett but then then we used to building.
