We Need Love, We Need Attachment Theory
In one sentenceis, we need love. So i think rit, the brief broad stroke of attachment is that as human babies, we our first survival strategy is tionally bonding with a caretaker who will take care of us and be kind and be attuned to us. And so depending on how responsive and attuned and available our caretaker is, we either develop a secure attachment to them, or we have an insecure attachment.
