Samsuiluna and Hamarabi

Babylon would become the secular and religious capital of the empire. Hamarabi had done well to have established a very power empire with both legal and religious reform. Assyria split away from under the influence of babylon, as did the sumerian city state as a united group. Things were reasonably and relatively peaceful after samsuiluna's reign.
