The Struggle to Earn Status in Mary Kay
The pink Cadillac is the true symbol of status for Mary Kay and you have to hit a certain amount of production in order to earn the Cadillac through sales. Sarah's mom would take great pride in that milestone and people knew her because we would drive around town in this pink Cadillac. Now that I'm an entrepreneur and very much in the hustle myself I truly recognize and appreciate and admire my mom for working so hard and earning that status. She was really proud that she has continued on for so long in Mary Kay.
