How Did You Discover Recurring Housing Crisis in the Metaverse?
"I was just like my just my lord where like all of Henry George's theories are coming to life before our eyes in the metaverse so to speak," says author. "My day job is transitioned into just being a consultant and I got hired by this firm called Novik to basically write high priced newsletters for like a subscriber base of like investors and stuff" Says he noticed that virtual real estate games were recreating housing crises not just once or twice but multiple times over the past 30 years.
