Well, I Laughed

CHAPTER

The History of the Aoreo People in Bolivia

Aoreo people suffered serious health issues after contact due to being contacted and also because of the crisis. Fortunately there are organizations that represent the aoreo people to the Bolivian government. Several organizations monitor the territory of these uncontacted people to confirm their presence through signs like holes in trees or honey clan symbols on tree bark. It's just fascinating to hear about a society that is desperately like leave us alone. Like not even like oh you haven't found us until the 2000s right like they were a part of society and said no.
