The Art of Making Gin

Gin has not had its burban moment. It's a jackoba, master of none. We want to be known as jengons. The distribution is a critical part of learning the true business side of selling gin or selling any other spirit. You're talking five to six years just to get to a product that they're going to be proud to relieve. But i will also say that we're not that distillery that's doing white liquor on the way to being a bourbon distillery. And so there's that sort of business reason. I would never say never as far as releasing other spirits, but, you know, it's a Jackoba, Master of None.
