I've a Ruptured Poteller Tendon and I Can't Squat Below Parallel.
With a ruptured poteller tendon, do not squat at all. I squatted two 35 last night, ias, about two inches above parallel. But i squatted down to a box and got up off the box with a big hole in my poteller tendon. And just so you'll know, i did not tear the poteller tendon in the gem. That's not what happened. I fell off my water tank out at the house. I got my foot caught underneath me. So that's why, why i'm injured.
