The Conservative Majority's View of the 1873 Statute Prohibiting the Distribution of Medication Abortion

The conservative super majority might be partially sympathetic to some of what the district court did i don't know if all of the super majority is on board with the idea that this 1873 statute actually prohibits the distribution of medication abortion you know no matter its usage including if it's legal. The chaos and legal uncertainty is just a huge deterrent to doctors to patients and anyone else who you know thinks it's important to access miffa pristone so this will lead to the supreme court  trying to avoid predicting but trying to break down a little bit about what might happen in the supreme courts.
