How to Negotiate a Second Job Offer
The second I realized that when I was like being authentic to myself, I actually would attract the right people and be in the right situation. It's just we have this scarcity mindset sometimes that like, I got this job offer. I don't want to fuck it up. And so what happens is, and again, there's also bias here where when we do negotiate, there's people who don't love it, but it's like, you were so scared of losing something, right? Again, so scared of failing that we're not going to do it.
